Mnitia Consulting started off as a company contributing towards the development of professionals by assisting a number of postgraduate students (Honours and Masters Students) with their research . Mnitia consulting has also been involved in the analyses of the customer satisfaction surveys for a few municipalities. We also provided analytical solutions to varying organisations.We can provide answers by using basic statistics to developing more sophisticated solutions (statistical models). Mnitia Consulting continues to offer statistical services to other companies.

We provide statistical and advanced analytics solutions to organisations and individuals. We are very passionate about numbers and statistics and we put a lot of interest and effort in what we do. We strive to produce accurate and meaningful results.

We are qualified statisticians with more than 15 years statistical and analytics experience.

We are qualified HR professionals with more than 20 years human resources, employee’s relations and industrial relations experience. We have knowledge and understanding of South African employment legislation. Our team has the ability to deal with difficult situations, excellent negotiating skills and diplomacy, and has strategic and commercial business insight. We understand the importance of confidentiality.
